He is also experienced in Testing & Commissioning of MEP Systems, MEP Project Management, Duct Cleaning and Leakage test, TAB, Design, Engineering & Execution of MEP services for various applications such as High Residential & Commercial Buildings, shopping malls, Hospitals, Villas etc.
Syed Niyas is a Mechanical Engineering post graduate degree holder with 12 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of MEP System, MEP Management services, Duct Cleaning and Leakage test, TAB , Design, Engineering & Execution of Airconditioning projects for various applications such as High Rise residential & Commercial Buildings, shopping malls, Hospital project, Villas, Oil Field etc.
Syed being LEED AP certified has special interest in sustainability and he leads TCS sustainability projects.

Syed Imran is a bachelor’s degree holder in Electrical Engineering with more than 9 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of MEP Systems, MEP service management, Duct Cleaning, Leakage test, and TAB in UAE and Qatar. He is leading TCS site team and well as facilities management technicians.
Syed focusses on TCS project division on project delivery, quality, providing direction and key intervention ensuring holistic development and management encompassing planning, coordination, review, documentation, supervision, submissions, approvals and hand over.
